It was cheap enough, had a lot of necessary facilities, friendly stuff, very cozy room.
Staff very kind, very close to Angel Guimera metro station (direct line to the airport or to the beach)
Staff pleasant and helpful. Near Metro
Smalleast room that I ever stayed in. Very little natural light, HAd to have lights switched on at all times. ( except during sleep) Would grade it as One Star, basic at best.
Helpful staff, Valenbisi biciyles nearby
The friendliness of the receptionist; the fact that she found a larger room (albeit for a surcharge) when I indicated that the room originally assigned had not yet been done.
The conditions of the bathroom. The curtain hang from a pole that would collapse several times while showering and did not fall because it was tied to a string from the ceiling. Also the haphazard, unprofessional way the towel fixings around the wash basin had been glued.
Good location - walking distance to city centre
Reception staff do not speak much else excpet Spanish
Suberb service fron all staff, very friendley and helpful. Lovely bathroom/shower. Comfortable bed.
No tea/coffee facilities in the room. No sky tv.
Free wi-fi, central location, close to metro
The shower was oddly-shaped and not very comfortable. Also, the walls are thin and I was woken up at some stage most mornings either by other guests or by the cleaners in the other rooms/corridor.
We had a decent size and nicely decorated room on the ground floor of the 'new' building .. .and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
We looked at another double room which which was really quite small and pokey. Ideally, I would also have preferred somewhere more central
reception was really friendly
breakfast is quite expensive, however you're not obliged to take it.
Easy to find, only 15 min walk from the main train station. Room and bathroom were clean
All the staff I spoke to didn't speak English, which I found annoying as they have an English page on their website, so they must expect English speaking visitors! The wi-fi connection was intermittent at best, and there was a lot of noise from outside, as the hotel appears to be on the main road out of the city towards Madrid.
It is value for money and paid parking was relatively cheap as most options in the city centre are more expensive.
It is located in a rough neighbourhood where many teenagers are roaming around and it makes one feel unsafe. At night, it did not seem safe to walk across the small streets and so we made a detour surrounding the city centre before walking into the city (20-25min walk). Subway is not useful in Valencia. The sofa was dusty and services/facilities are very basic. The room, bathroom and elevator are small. The hotel's front is located at the corner so it'll be hard to spot as you drive along Angel Guimera. Receptionist does not speak/understand English well, so asking questions was difficult. Although free parking is possible, but it is difficult to find and in the end, we opt for their paid parking.
Friendly supporting staff. Small compact nature of hotel. Plus local area was not 'touristy' (just outside the main tourist area). I had a totally relaxing stay. I cannot be more praising of it!
Breakfast room is a bit gloomy looking. Wifi system not working very well but staff worked hard to overcome it and assist me (so only a minor problem). Lighting system in hotel could be better (especially corridors to rooms on 5th floor).
location and cortesy of personel
rooms are to small
Quiet despite busy street location, friendly, helpful staff, nice rooms for the price.
